Life is a bit of a struggle sometimes isnt it? We all put so much expectations on ourselves, we all strive to the best whether in personal life or work life, we all pit each other against each other, no matter how much you say you don’t. How and why did we become all so stressed?
If you remember the little things in life:
- I am alive
- I am breathing
- I have love around me
- I have a roof over my head
- I have the love of family around me
- I have the love of friends around me
- I have food (even if they’re scraps) in the kitchen
- I have got out of bed today
Anything else is extra, anything else is an award that someone else may not have been given that day.
Just remember next time you are feeling a bit down, you’ve got loads to look forward to. You may be having a bit of a shit day, but it really isnt a shit life, its 24 hours out of thousands upon thousands of ours in your life.
- Laugh as much and as loud as you want
- Wear what you want
- Look like what you want to look
- Love who you love
- Eat all the chocolate you feel like (it’s going to go off otherwise!!)
