So, what is better than make up………. talking about make up and the love of it. I love make up, it can make you feel amazing, confident and just gives you that boost. I love the idea that people apply it wherever they want, whenever they want, however they want and each time your face can look different. Women and men wearing make up is empowering, its a statement.
I therefore thought I would take a look at my favourite pieces of make up.

First of all, happy bloody easter you lovely lot! I hope that all the diets have stopped and you are bathing in chocolate….. I literally had to punch my way into this egg to open it up (not even joking!)
Anyway thought I would put together a little post about my favourite make up products over the past month. Let me know what you think 🙂
Look at my lovely package (get your mind out of the gutters!), as you may or may not have heard E.L.F is closing down here in the UK and therefore I took advantage of their discount on the website. I am known for buying a lot of products from E.L.F and was really gutted when I found out it was going. You may also see that I have a non E.L.F product face there, the beauty that is the eos lipbalm in honeydew melon…… oh god its just beautiful. I first bought it and when it arrived in the post, the lip balm itself was in half 😦 so now I have 2 haha 1 in whole and 1 in half haha, but yay!! Continue reading “March Make Up Faves”
As usual I have two photos which are linked with the blog I am about to post about, but to be honest this time I could not be bothered to search high and low so I thought I’d post a photo of a beautiful dress and a post which may or may not be true about this post! Back to the subject of the post, I usually purchase my make up online via the ELF website but this time I have gone for MUA and wow they send a lot of bubble wrap but here’s what I bought:
I have finally bought after so many recommendations the MUA nail varnish shade of Natural Days, it’s such a cute and girly nail polish which is great for the Spring, Summer days. I love pastels at the moment and they just go with anything, I have really long nails at the moment and it’s just great to show them off with this shade! So thank you for all the recommendations! You little gems ❤
Please ignore the chipped nail varnish, I had not applied the new nail varnish yet and the lighting was lovely at the time! MUA BB cream, I have read a lot about BB creams, I haven’t honestly tried this yet so I will apply in a few days time when I am feeling better but I have already applied it to my hand (as you do) and its nice and soft to apply, great shade as well which is so hard to find a shade my colour!
MUA LUXE – Power brow, it has two ends as you can see one for the definition of the brow (comes in 3 different shades, a type of thin but hard crayon texture) and the other side is a highlighting colour which is meant to be placed under the brow. I bought this product in the mid brown shade.
MUA brush in L1, I will be using this more for my eyebrows in the thicker section, but then again I could change for apply lipstick – of course will wash after each use you don’t need red brows or brown lips now do we haha!!
If you read my other blogs you would be aware that I am a lover of the matte lipsticks, I have therefore bought Pouty Pink and Scarlet Siren. Great colours in the packaging, great when it first goes onto your skin as you can see in the second photo – the third photo is me just slightly moving my finger over the lipstick. At £1 each I can see why they are a £1, you will be constantly reapplying this lipstick.
So there’s my products that I have bought recently, hope you have enjoyed the post – something quick to read 🙂
